Full payment is due at the time of booking. For advance bookings, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your scheduled charter.
Yes, a security deposit of $5,000 will be processed via credit card pre-authorisation two days before your charter. This deposit covers any damages, losses, or additional expenses incurred during the charter.
Yes, all charters include a professional captain and stewardess onboard to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Please bring any personal items you may need during your charter, including sun protection, medication, and other essentials.
We offer catering through our trusted partner, Ultimo Catering, known for their exceptional service for both corporate and private events in Perth.
You are welcome to bring your own food onboard for your charter. For drinks, please contact us to discuss package options.
We aim to operate on schedule, but if adverse weather conditions or operational issues arise, we may need to delay or reschedule your charter. In such cases, we will offer either a refund or the option to reschedule your booking.
