Yes, a security deposit of $5,000 will be processed via credit card pre-authorisation two days before your charter. This deposit covers any damages, losses, or additional expenses incurred during the charter.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time when finalising the details with you. Our Charter Manager will be in touch to inform you of the boarding location.
Yes, all charters include a professional Captain and Stewardess/Deckhand onboard to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
